I did not see a shout out to TIDE except to its use in Chazal. RSRH gets no mention. If anything this is proof that TIDE is ignored by RZ!

Not that this is worth much, but I once saw a sourcebook in an Israeli Yeshivat Hesder titled “Torah im Derech Eretz Yisrael” or st, which was filled with citatitions from Rav Hirsch pairing them with pieces from Rav Kook. I think it was put together by one of the tenuot noar, but i’m not sure.
I’m not saying anything about how those two thinkers integrate with each other (or what one may have thought of the other), but it does show some level of awareness of Rav Hirsch’s thought and his potential importance to the state.
