We will IYH begin the Moriah by Rabbi Dr. Isaac Breuer zt"l shiur next week. I anticipate recording videos and posting them. If there’s actually anyone interested in participating in the shiur in realtime, let me know and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient time. I am going to give shiur on Moriah because I find Dr. Breuer’s vision of TIDE speaks to me best. Everyone here is encouraged to share their own visions in whatever format works for them.

It just struck me to state the following: Much as I take exception with Rabbi Avigdor Miller’s weltanschauung, in a couple of respects he manifested TIDE. One of them was in his concern with the ethics and morality of the general population. Now, his approach is not my/our approach, but the concern itself is an important TIDE concept. We are concerned with and intrinsically vested in the societies in which we function and with which we interact. This, too, is an element of the DE in TIDE: To be the ohr, not just to the goyim, but to any society in which we function - including, all the more so, the Jewish societies, and especially other Orthodox societies, with which we have commonalities. We must bring our visions to them an illuminate them. This will become a clear point and objective early in our perusal of Moriah.

It is in print, but not on Hebrewbooks. Only on Otzar HaChochmo. I will put the text on the screen.
